Just make sure that you are wearing non-slippery sneakers to avoid accidents. Vinyl tiles cost  $3 to $7 per square foot.

• Window

Always use tempered glass in indoor basketball courts! You would not know if you wrongfully throw the ball towards the window by any misfortune. Another thing, make sure to position it to an area less likely to be targeted by the ball. 

3. Maintenance

Every year, you might want to re-renew your court or fix some issues. Maintenance is a must in owning an indoor basketball court if you want to last it for a lifetime. Maintenance may include mopping the floor, repainting, reconstructing damaged accessories, and the like. 

You may also need to refinish the hardwood floor or replace the vinyl tiles every five to six years, depending on how damaged or worn out.
